PEACE is a non-profit organization, located in the Punta de Mita region of Mexico, north of Puerto Vallarta.

PEACE acts as an umbrella organization for four main programs, Casa Comunidad (Community House), Ayuda a los Animales (Help The Animals), United Hands for Women (Manos Unidas por la Mujer) and Orgullo en la Comunidad (Community Pride).

PEACE, founded in 2005, works hand in hand with communities to develop and implement appropriate community programs to enhance the quality of life for all. English classes, after-school programs, recycling initiatives, and a free mobile spay/neuter clinic are among the various projects.

Mission: To facilitate sustainable programs and nurture self-empowerment throughout Mexico by providing communities and individuals with tools to improve their quality of life.

PEACE has a proven track record of success in all these areas. Local governments and schools continually ask for these programs to be implemented in their neighborhoods in Nayarit and now in Jalisco.

PEACE is continually seeking volunteers and funding to continue to expand geographically to other areas in Mexico.

Through protecting and educating the resources in the Puerto Vallarta area and Punta Mita, we feel that PEACE may be achieved. PEACE between different cultures, PEACE in the environment, PEACE for all living things
